Had the Stow for about 1-3 months and then the zipper stitching came loose, and eventually came off and got lost some where. Thought, the warranty would help out, but when you reach out to them, no replies or gets back to you.---Update: Support reached and corrected the defect. Warranty covered it still a great stow overall despite a loose stiching.
