Didn't expect to be blown away by these shorts, as they're pretty basic. I will say they did exceed my expectations, though. I've worn them all summer long and they've held up through the wash. Medium fits me well.I did the Try Before You Buy deal and got both an XL and a Large. The XL was gigantic and the large was a bit tight around my waist but baggy on my legs. I kept the large. The material is much thicker than I thought it would be and they get super hot, but I have MS and I'm sensitive to temperature. Finding decent lounge shorts with pockets is about impossible for women so overall I'm satisfied, the pockets could be deeper but at least they're there!I mis-read the description on these shorts and thought they were french terry.. they are fleece.. not a horrible thing.. just a little thicker than I originally expected. and as fleece.. the PILL like crazy.. (the inner fleece part) the exterior of the shorts don't seem to pill... but after wearing them for a few hours I found loads of little black pills of the fleece... sort of disconcerting.. but not a deal breaker. as after a few wears this should stop.. great comfy shorts with pockets big enough for keys and phone...I bought these for summer lounging, but the fabric was thicker than expected. Almost felt like sweatpants cut into shorts. Comfy, but not what I wanted for hot summer days. I’ll keep them for night time And late summer when the weather cools down.These shorts are comfortable and fit well my only complaint would be that the burgundy color is a little too dark and makes it kinda hard to see the burgundy that was pictured.I'd go a size down but is well made and very comfortable.Good fitI bought these to go over my bathing suit for the summer.
