I decided to give these a try after seeing a lot of positive reviews and I'm happy that I did. These sweat pants are good quality and the fit is perfect. It's like they were made for me.I'm 5'2" and about 160 with a boyish build. (small hips and backside) The length is perfect. Not too short and just a smidge long but won't drag on the ground when I put my walking shoes on.Fairly lightweight. These will be great in the fall and spring but I'll have to wear fleece leggings underneath in our cold winters here in the mid West. I'm so happy with the fit I just bought another pair. Hope they fit as well as these do.Haven't washed yet so I don't know if the fleece pills up or not but straight out of the bag they are very soft.I wound up sizing down to an XS & they fit perfectly. So soft & well worth the price! I’ve only washed them in cold water & hung to dry, because I’m afraid they’ll shrink up & be too short. Love them.very nice uality and fit and length perfect for me 5 ft 3 inch . normally wear xxl but the large fits my body 5ft 3 in and 165 #.color is as shown accurate. they may shrink some if washer and dryer.These "sweatpants" are perfect for wearing out. The only problem is that the length is shorter than I like. But I have short legs, so it is not a deal breaker. Got these on sale and bought for friends and family.Similiar to Macy's sweatpants for half the price. Washed and dried well, no shrinkage. Still long on my 4' 11" mother. Ordered small, wish there was petite. Waistband stretches to a limit, like Macy's. I do like the look of the narrower leg on these.At 5'2" it's hard to find sweat pants that aren't 8" too long. These just touch the floor when I'm barefoot. So comfy, just ordered more colors.It was a giftI ordered a small, instead of extra small, due to several reviews stating they shrink. So far they have not shrunk for me but I like a loose sweatpant. Very comfortable, light but warm, good pockets. Can’t beat it for how cheap they are! I also got the red color for under $5!I have the medium So I start with sizing...I am 5’5 I wear a 10 jean comfortably and more tailored trousers, I need a 12. These loungers come up a little generous waist wise. I really do not mind as it will cover the odd bloated day and the draw tape takes up any slack. I do not wear them outside the house except to take the rubbish down the drive but are respectable. These are warm for around the house and curling up on the sofa. They are easy to dry so no need for the tumble dryer (have seen criticisms about fluff loss if tumbled). The only minor criticism I have which does not take away from rating is that I would have preferred if the leg was slightly tapered at the bottom and would just add a hint of style. As I said these were only ever intended for home wear.There a little bigger than I expected but now having read the size guide that's on me. A medium would normally be OK and this medium is fine as I like sweats loose but given a small is listed as 10/12 I'd have gotten away with that. Other than this I can't fault them. Exactly what I want.. Comfy outside pjs as I often refer to sweats. Unless they fall apart in the wash they are much better than the legging type sweats every other manufacturers are puntting which I never understood... Leggings and sweats are different items of clothing let's leave it that way. They are very comfortable and fit loose. I would advise sizing down. However, three things I did not like: 1. they have a great deal of lint on them when they first came out of the package. As a result, I had numerous blue fluffs on my floor. 2. When I washed them and put them in the dryer, the lint trap was coated in blue fluff. 3. They shrunk in length. Now I have short legs and even so, they are now a bit too short for me to wear.Additional information - I ordered two pairs - the blue pair I had the above issues with. I also ordered a black pair. Strangely, they did not shrink, nor were they shedding like the blue pair.I wasn’t sure about the possibility of the fabric being described as towelling, but thought I would take the chance and order them and they’re a bit more like a medium jersey. I’m a 14 and they fit comfortably. On the long side, but then I’m only 5’4”. Better a bit long than too short.
